About Atlantic Beach Farmhouse

In Atlantic Beach, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Florida, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.

Great for greens. also a great space for events. The only downside is that when they host a larger event, parking is very chaotic and has to spill over onto nearby properties. Some of them, are not too happy about that and so the beginning of an event can include an unpleasant exchange with neighbors if you're in the wrong place or perhaps a longer than expected walk in the hot sun

Perfect space to host any event! I loved working with Christine and it was such a smooth process from touring, to booking, to the event itself.

Urban Farms is my go to place for Tower Garden seedlings. They never disappoint. But you don't need to be a gardener to enjoy the luscious lettuces and other products they offer. Once you taste their crisp lettuces, you'll never go back.

I love this place! We started doing the weekly pick up orders for the truly fresh and long lasting varieties of lettuce (at a great price, too), but then quickly discovered the market items. We now stock up on the hummus, pimento cheese, butter, and labneh every week now, too. Ordering online is super easy and pick up is always smooth and quick. Awesome customer service and very nice people here! Thankful to have this wonderful business in our community!

Had a wonderful visit yesterday (open Mondays and Thursdays from 2-5). Chris took me on a tour after which I went to their small market with a few racks of items and t-shirts and a glass front refrigerator. They had fresh heads of butter lettuce and kale/arugula available. I picked some butter lettuce, cheddar cheese and pesto. The farm provides for many local restaurants and facilities. Their process is efficient, fast growing and very clean (no dirt).
